Available within the United States only. Signature is required for orders of $300 or more to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Daily Shipping Info:
- Standard & Signature Shipping: Orders arrive within 3–7 business days, including 1–2 business days for order processing. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking information to follow your order’s journey.
- Next Day Shipping: Orders arrive within 1 business day after processing. Please note that orders placed after the daily processing cutoff may ship on the following business day.
- Delivery timelines do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays, including those caused by weather, high shipping volumes, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- For orders shipped within the United States, applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional tax charges upon delivery.
- We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working hard to expand our shipping destinations and look forward to sharing more soon.
TRACK MY ORDER
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking Number. You can visit http://[email protected] for tracking the package easily.
RETURNS
Please ensure items are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 business days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email [email protected] for a Return Authorization (returns without prior authorization will not be accepted).
- For your protection, please use an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) and keep your proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Include a note with your name and invoice number inside the package.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Once your return is received, we will send a confirmation email and process your refund within 7 days to the original payment method, minus any delivery charges.
- We do not currently offer free returns; any delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders paid via Klarna will follow Klarna’s 14-day return policy once Klarna payment is available.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. Where possible, we will assist in facilitating this.
You will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- A copy of your proof of purchase must be included.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please email our customer service team with clear photos of the defect before making any return.
Once the fault is confirmed upon review, return delivery charges will be reimbursed.
